Monday
In the evening I will be attending the AGM of Boglestone Community Association followed by a meeting of Port Glasgow Community Association.
Tuesday
In the evening I have a surgery in Kilmacolm Community Centre followed by a meeting of Kilmacolm Community Council.
Wednesday
In the afternoon I have my weekly meetings with the Chief Executive and Labour Group followed in the early evening by the switch on of the Christmas Lights in Port Glasgow.
Thursday
In the afternoon I have a briefing on the Carers' and Young Carers' Strategies followed by a meeting of the full Council. In the evening I hope to attend a meeting in Kilmacolm Primary School on the proposed drainage works in Birkmyre Park.

In the late afternoon I have the Council pre-agenda meeting and in the early evening a meeting of the Woodhall Task Group.
Tuesday
In the afternoon I have a Members' Briefing, a meeting of the Education & Communities Committee and a meeting of the Greenock Arts Guild Finance Committee. In the evening I hope to attend a meeting of St Stephen's High School Parent Council.
Wednesday
In the morning I am attending an Audit Scotland Engagement Event in Glasgow. In the afternoon I have my weekly meeting with the Chief Executive, the Inverclyde Alliance Board pre-agenda and a meeting of the Labour Group. I have given myself the evening off to attend the Celtic v Barcelona game.

Through in Edinburgh much of the day at the COSLA Leaders' Meeting.

In the afternoon I have a special meeting of the Environment & Regeneration Committee followed by a meeting of the Policy & Resources Committee. In the evening I have a surgery in Boglestone Community Centre followed by a meeting of the Kilmacolm New Community Centre Company Board.
Wednesday
In the afternoon I have my weekly meetings with the Chief Executive and the Labour Group. In the evening I will be attending a Duke of Edinburgh Awards' Cermemony in Greenock Town Hall.
Thursday
In the evening I hope to attend meetings if St Michael's Primary Parent Council and Slaemuir Tenants' and Residents' Association.
